What’s going to happen if I stir food in a non-stick pan with a metal spoon?

If it’s traditional non-stick cookware, using a metal spoon, not a plastic or wooden turner, you will damage a coating and shorten pan’s lifetime.

If it’s the cookware with Titan or Pearl coating, your actions won’t spoil product’s non-stick properties, but may cause small cosmetic defects of the coating.

However, we recommend to use plastic or wooden cooking implements regardless of a coating type.

It will largely increase your cookware lifetime.
