To produce the diecast pans we use aluminium-silicium alloys: AK12P (12% of silicium).

All properties of this alloy are compliant with the State Standards (GOST) 1583-93.

The fact, that our cookware is made not of pure aluminium, but of aluminium-silicium alloy, fundamentally affects its consumer properties.

Firstly, the case made of such alloy heats differently and has unique thermal energy storage properties, that’s why cooked food comes out more delicious.

Secondly, our diecast cookware can be used on glass ceramic hobs.

While pure aluminium products will leave marks on the hob surface.

The ceramic coating doesn’t contain PTFE (polytetrafluorethylene) -- it’s the component which provides non-sticking.

If there’s no PTFE in cookware’s coating, its non-stick properties will be lost quickly, and food certainly will stick during long-time usage.

That’s why it’s more correct to qualify ceramic cookware as easy-to-clean cookware.

You’d better use a little bit of oil while cooking in non-stick cookware -- to grease a pan with brush would be enough.

Then the food will be tastier.

You need much less oil than for cooking in a usual pan - that’s a big advantage of non-stick pans.

It’s better to wait while the pan cools a little bit down and becomes warm. Otherwise it will suffer from termal stress, which can shorten its lifetime.

What heat level should be attained and maintained while cooking?

Generally food is cooked at a temperature up to 170⁰С.

There is such a thing as a burn temperature of nutrition products.

Every product has its own value of this quantity. The peak value belongs to oil.

The smoke point of oil is 220⁰С. Other products are generally cooked at lower temperatures.

The heavier and thicker the pan is, the lower its heat maximum and the more “accurate” and delicious the cooked dish will be.

If small scratches appeared on a non-stick coating of a product, you can use it anyway. It is safe.

The coating can start to delaminate in case of appearance of large damaged areas. As a result, the product loses its non-stick properties. Also small parts of coating can get into food. So there’s no point of further using of such product.

Otherwise, the grey besmirch scurf can appear on areas without coating (a grooved bottom, an attaching point of a handle).

Notice, that any cleaning detergents should be strickly used under instructions on a packaging.

To retain good appearance of a pan, thoroughly clean it after each use with washing-up liquids.

To clean a strong fatty dirt, use concentrate detergents.

You need to clean cookware right after cooking, because it’s difficult to remove long-standing dirt and not to damage non-stick surface. Food will stick to strongly dirty areas. To remove its residue, you have to presoak a pan.

Pay attention, that using of metal wisps and abrasive cleaners can cause premature wear of non-stick coating.

For everyday cleaning you can use sponges.

First of all, the diecast pan has totally different thermal energy storage properties, cause it’s made of aluminium-silicium alloy, not of pure aluminium as the stamped one.

Besides, food is more evenly fried in the NMP diecast pan.

This is ensured by the special design of the case. It is made with the Golden Section formula: the bottom is thick (6 mm), the side frames are a little bit thinner (4 mm).

Stamped cookware has equal bottom and side frames thickness, so food gets stuck to the bottom and isn’t baked through top.

Stamped cookware is usually very thin. In fact, you can only warm up food in it and only on a gas hob, cause using stamped cookware on other hobs can lead to its deformation.

This won’t happen with the NMP diecast cookware. It is cross functional: you can use it on gas, electric and glass ceramic hobs.

The non-stick properties of the NMP diecast products persist much longer than the most stamped ones.

That is due to use of different non-sticking techniques.

Producers of stamped cookware generally use the rolling method: at first a non-stick coating is applied by roller on aluminium sheet, then the sheet is pressed into a pan or a pot shape.

The rolling method makes a very thin coating, which deforms during pressing.

Producers of diecast cookware always use the spraying method: a non-stick coating is sprayed on a precast pan case.

It’s much thicker than the rolled one cause of technological features.

The diecast cookware can be easily distinguished from the stamped one -- it is much heavier. Furthermore, pay attention to information on the packaging.

The using of such lids is acceptable, but it is worth noting, that a metal rim can damage a coating.

Moreover, cause of design features the lids with a metal rim are not suitable for all products: it depends on a tilt angle of a pan’s side frame. We recommend to use NMP lids with our cookware.

They won’t damage a non-stick coating.

Their added advantage - heightened heat resistance: all of them are made of borosilicate glass, so they withstand heat up to 300°С and are more resistant to sudden change of temperatures.

The lids with metal rim are made of ordinary tempered glass, which is much less strong and can easily crack cause of temperature difference.

All of our cookware can be used on glass ceramic hobs, as well as on gas and electric hobs.

Our pans don’t leave marks and blots on glass ceramic hob surface, cause they are made of aluminium-silicium alloy, not of pure aluminium; the pans’ bottom won’t scratch hob surface, cause it is smoothly grooved.

Moreover, the bottom is absolutely flat and tightly contacts with a hob surface; thereby heat loss doesn’t occur.
